My favorite grenade is the frag grenade.
Pulse grenade for me
Has to be Frag can finish off someone or can give u the upper hand in a fight by taking the enemies shields down.
frag. unfortunately most people’s seem to be the plasma so they just throw them at me hoping to get a lucky stick and end the fight instantly…so annoying
Most useful is frag by far. I only use plasmas in BTB for vehicle destroys, pulse is pretty much useless although I’ve still completed the commendation.

Yes, I agree with you, so many people rely on there plasma grenades and use them more than they use their own weapons.

Pulse can be good for doing abit of damage to an opponents shields or killing someone with no shields but u have to be close to use it effectively.
Frag is my favorite but plasma is a close second.
frag, but pulse is really good once you figure it out. its the first explosion thats good, so have great aim and its handy in a fight

I must say Plasma, but that is becaus I like to destroy the enemy’s machinery with the Plasma Pistol and whatnot. They are also useful in Spartan Ops against the many Wraiths.
Plasma Grenade! 
You can stick them on people or vehicles so they can’t escape!
