I’ve played the beta for a while now and the one thing I’ve noticed is the grenades especially frags have a big blast radius. Thruster pack away and still get hit by them. Also just my opinion but AR starts seem to warrant more movement around the map and fighting for the power weapons. Nothing else really to say just what I’ve noticed.
Should be a narrow but deadly blast, to reward accuracy.
I like the feel of the grenades, and I often find myself in positions where I cannot be naded very effectively. For instance I have learned to not stand in front of walls, always have a high ground, and make sure I have a good escape and thruster ready to go. The stronger grenades are awesome and actually work as grenades should work. As times goes on, people will get better at anticipating and playing smart as to be prepared for grenades. All in all, they add another skill gap to the game. Those who can play smart with grenades in mind and always have the high ground, and those who are often caught off guard. Basically, grenades make map control a much stronger and important factor in the game.
Maybe more visible and longer detonate time?
There Grenades, not firecrackers. Treat them with respect.
