Grenades + Equipment Duplicate Glitch

There’s a weird Glitch I’ve encountered playing Halo 3, so there’s a random chance I’ve thrown 2 Grenades out of my Hotbar & deploying a Bubble Shield it it duplicated & I threw 2 Bubble Shields onto the map

I have recorded clips of these but unfortunately I have weird issue with the Series X all my Clips on MCC are black

Has anyone encountered this as well?

I found this post because my friend just found a glitch in our custom game where he had infinite bubble shields. I’ve been trying to recreate the glitch and by finding this post I was able to figure out how to throw two grenades at once by switching grenades really quickly mid throw.
