grenade throw?

just curious on what kind the community likes. personally in h3 you threw like a pansy. odst threw too far i think reach landed it.

I like the REACH throw.

I think the people who like the reach throw are confused. You like the ridiculous blast radius of grenades, you couldn’t care less about throwing them. As for what I think, I think it’s silly to spawn, and throw nades across the entire map.

I think Reach got it right.

I hated the fumble in the Halo Reach grenades. It made it hard to know where your grenades would land for certain and made thing more random. In Halo 2/3 there was set method of how you throw grenades. I hope that can be something you could change if you want to.

I would like the grenades not being like in Reach at all. Small blast radius for frag grenades, nerfed damage and longer time for explosion are what I would like to see.

The grenade range in Reach was perfect if you ask me, I’m hoping that it returns unaffected in Halo 4.

CE’s is my favourite because the reticle sits centre in the screen and allows for farther tosses without having to lift the reticle up as high.
It just felt more natural to gameplay.

Grenades of that size can kill at 100m range and can demolish buildings.

Easily the Reach throw. More importantly, the blast radius needs to be decreased and the fuse decreased.

Reach had the perfect throw, but Halo 3 had the perfect grenade.

less grenades, less melee damage and MORE SHOOTING if you ask me…I like the H3.

Halo 3’s grenades were perfect imo.

I liked reach throwing distance just maybe with a little less power in the grenade itself.

ODST’s throwing distance and arc were meant to emulate CE’s, but the speed of the thrown grenades was a bit slower, though faster than Halo 3’s speed. ODST’s grenade throws felt great, and I’d like to see this feature emulated in H4.
