Ok yeah i get it, we have plasma caster and grenade launcher. However, we don’t have a grenade launcher for splinter gernades. So i am just suggesting 343, to add grenade reqs. Make the unsc grenades common reqs, plasma grenade reqs uncommon and splinter grenades rare. These also can be permanent reqs.

I thought the splinter 'nade armor mode increases the limit of your grenades.
I think grenade armour mods are pretty stupid and isn’t really worth equipping. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal if multiple mods could be equipped.

That’s why we need grenade reqs. I am not gonna just always jump in a gun goose and throw grenades all the time. I always have teammates who have a terrible driving experience.
this is a great idea, like you could use Req energy to “buy” grenades instead of req weapons? like 1 level of energy per 1 grenade or something with a max of 2 nades each

However, i would just keep these permanent. well maybe the frag grenades but not the plasma or splinter they should be power weapons. Because, in every beginning of a warzone game or when you respawn, it starts with 2 frag grenades not splinter or plasma.
I would like that, it’d help a lot when you are not dying regularly and you just need a small explosive boost.
I don’t know how to feel about spending REQ energy on nades.

armor mods for grenades
I’d love for there to be some common req cards for 2 (or 3) of each of the grenade types. 1 cost for frags. 2 for stickies, 3 or 4 for splinters. Maybe incendiary and spikes…That would be awesome. I’d love to arm up when I still have advanced sensors on. I just feel more confident with a cache of grenades.

Seriously I use the splinter grenade mod all the time, it’s not hard people.
Ha! Yeah, because if there’s one thing Halo 5 needs it’s more nades.
It’s an interesting idea I’ll admit, but come on, nade spam is nuts and with the grenadier armor mod being at req level 3 now it’s even worse. I’ve been putting that thing on and getting some of the dumbest grenade kills of all time with it. No more nades, the less the better.

This is a FANTASTIC idea!
I also agree that while the armor mods for grenades have their occasional uses, there are pretty irrelevant the majority of the time.
