Grenade Ideas

Each Species will have 2 grenades each.
Human:

  1. Frag Grenade: Same as Halo 4
  2. Smoke Grenade: Contains a area of 5m out from it’s detonate point. full of smoke for 10 secs
    Covenant:
  3. Plasma Grenade: Same as Halo 4
  4. Spike grenade: Sticks to any surface detonates when any human or vehicle gets within a 3m radius (Auto explodes after 30 secs)
    Forerunner:
  5. Pulse Grendade: Same as Halo 4
  6. Multi Grenade: When explodes sends out small grenades in multiple directions. Main grenade will kill someone mini grenades will destroy the shields.

Give some ideas of ur own and what they do and what species grenade they belong too.

The spike grenade IMO should only be implemented if Brutes are in the game. If not, it would be weird for me to see Elites and Grunts using them as they are a creation of the Brutes. As for the Promethaens, I think a black-hole grenade would be awesome; something similar to the ones used by the Dark Elves in Thor 2.

Maybe but a black-hole grenade might be a bit OP and could have some problems like what if u r teleported to a kill zone or infant of the enemy flag it would be kinda annoying and i just see too many problems with it.
I like the idea though.

The type of black-hole I was envisioning wouldn’t teleport the victim, it would kill them. It would create a type of strong suction and if an enemy player gets to close they would be sucked in a die. The radius would be about 75% the radius of a pulse grenade to balance out the power of such a weapon. Also, only players could be sucked in, not objects.

Like the idea but i can see already that this would be extremely OP in some cases maybe destroy the shields but killing them would just be Too OP
