Green Warzone REQ Bundles Are Non-Existent

Hi all,

Since buying my digital download at launch, I haven’t seen as single ‘‘green’’ Warzone REQ bundle that I was supposed to get. None of the 14 that I was promised.

My brother purchased his special edition Halo 5: Guardians console that came with all sorts of goodies - including the green Warzone REQ bundles - but he received all of his, while I never received any of mine!

I’ve uninstalled the add-on in the HUB area of the console, re-installed it…and they never showed up; this was all during the first week of launch, and to this day…still no Warzone REQ bundles/packs.

Please… - If anyone knows what I can do to fix this, please help.

P.S. - I contacted Microsoft Support to assist me in this matter, and they couldn’t do a thing.

That is because it is a 343i issues I’ve heard of a few other instances of this happening just looking through the help forums. I would try emailing their support directly to get an answer.

Sorry buddy but no help available 343i is blatantly ignoring all posts and emails loads of us have this issue all have contacted e-mailed or whatever and still waiting not holding breath here for a happy outcome
