Spent 100,000 req points and despite guaranteeing loot of ultra-rare or higher quality, 9 of the 12 items were rare wasps. Can you either refund the points or comp me a pack once the issue is resolved?

Once you make a purchase with REQ points, there’s no chance of a refund afterwards. All in-game transactions are final.
All of this begs the question; how’s your progress on unlocking everything available in the REQ pool? If you didn’t finish the Silver-Gold grind and decided to buy the Greatest Hits Vehicle pack, you’re going to make the grind much harder for yourself. That 100,000 REQ points would’ve been used to buy 20 Silver Packs or 10 Gold Packs and the results would’ve been much more worthwhile.

That’s kind of besides the point. Even if getting the vehicle pack is inefficient, this issue is that the description says he should have gotten 12 ultra-rare or better REQs and he says he did not. So it’s more about getting what was promised and less about completing REQ collection.
Damasta0, after reading over both the Halo 5 and Xbox.com entries for the Greatest Hits Vehicle pack, I see no indication that you should have gotten 9 rare single-use REQs out of the total 12 REQs. Just to clarify, you’re sure they were the rare regular Wasps and not ONI Wasps or Hannibal Wasps? Unfortunately, once items are added to your collection, I’m don’t think a refund is possible. I’ve never heard of REQ packs not granted what was described; normally, people just don’t read the description. Did you happen to screenshot the items you got or record the opening? That would be helpful; otherwise, I’m not sure if there is a way to verify what you got out of the pack. I know 343i is able to track when you opened a pack, but I don’t know if they track what you got out of it.
Given that the only type of wasp in my inventory is regular (rare) yes I’m sure I was just cheated out of what the package required. Wish I had gotten a screenshot that would have been a good idea but didn’t think of it right away.
HaXoR73 I understand that were I going for a 100% completion I would do the smaller packs first but I happen to not play often (this being an adult thing sucks btw) so I just wanted some cool vehicles to play with. Guess that’s not happening. Imagine if I had spent actual money on it!
