I purchased this pack to unlock the two remaining vehicles of ultra rarity or better, being the Temple Banshee and ONI Mantis. Well that was all well and good, but it also says it gives a dozen vehicles of ultra rarity or better. Well, I got in it a standard banshee and ghost ultra, being rare. The description is misleading and false. I spent my money to get ultra rare or better vehicles, not rare.
I’m pretty sure the wording is clear that the “Ultra Rare or better” unlocks are for permanent REQs, not consumable ones.
EDIT: I spoke too soon. The wording is clear for other packs, but it looks like you did get an incorrect set of single-use REQs with the vehicle pack. Yet another problem with the REQ system. From the REQ store:
