That’s not a bad idea, but I don’t even see the problem with the cat ears other than their price.
They’re in the style of other helmets and attachments, and Master Chief’s helmet is a motorcycle helmet.

In the grand scheme of stuff, it doesnt really matter.
Some consider it a change from the norm.

Would feel a little or a lot better seeing all the cat ears and knowing that a real life cat or dog is actually being helped.
Maybe even those people would get one, and never equip it.
Maybe some would feel better simply 343 is losing some money, but in an appealing way

I think those people would just rather donate directly to the charity - that way more money would go to the charity as opposed to 343 investors/shareholders.

Also, just get rid of customization entirely.

That would definitely improve the game. 
While it would be a nice gesture for them to do that. It wouldn’t stop people from whinnying that they simple exist in the first place.

Big problem I have with this game is that it’s not possible to simply play, level, and unlock store stuff with in game earned currency.
This started with the “voices of war” req pack in halo 5 that you had to buy. You couldnt earn it.
This in contrast with reach letting you earn credits to unlock the voices. Cant not mention that reach had more voices too. In its defense, you could equip it for multiplayer pvp

The only help animals need is for humans to stop murdering them. They dont need charity AT ALL… people do.
I support any human/homeless charities etc if the money actually goes there.
For the record …animals do not need charity at all.
There are humans not living in their homeland that destroyed the world for profit.

I’d rather help animals than humans at this point in my life, and I’ve volunteered for years at soup kitchens and shelters.
And I’m a long distance hiker, so I feel you.
But I need something to feel better about my favorite franchise turning into the game known for its furry population. Lol jk

343 could spin that they were discombobulated, and look great with this.
Pass. Just make credits earnable like in MCC so people can earn them. If people want to donate or pay for restricted content then that’s your choice but at the end of the day I don’t want to be grinding endless hours for very little content and I certainly don’t want to spend insane amounts of money for bare minimum content.

The difference between Infinite’s Storefront and Halo 5’s voices of war pack is that all the money made from the Vocie pack went to the voice actors and not to 343.
