It’s why you ignore HaloFollower for theories, they just like throwing around names that appeared somewhere.
Halo Follower is ok but there are better place’s for Halo news I like this place called Halo Info Library thats a facebook group they have good news thats up to date and reliable.
Maybe Tartarus or maybe not.

He even States in the video that if it’s maccabeus it would then be a pre queul. But who knows maybe the game takes place before and after halowars

Again. They didn’t do their research. There were no Spartans anywhere during Maccabeus’ invasion, or UNSC. And he died before the UNSC even knew what happened on Harvest. I’m just trying to tell you HaloFollower is a terrible source.
How about that Brute from the story in Halo: Evolutions about the scientist turned ONI who was captured by the brutes then escaped? I forget his name, but him and his band of brutes were looking to kill the current chieftan and return to the Covenant, but they were on a very out there planet. Just a thought.
It could be Tarturus, Castor from last light or even a completely new character, but I’ll snap every halo disk I own in half if it’s Maccebeus
It could just be a generic brute guy. By his head gear though, it would seem he is higher up. Maybe a relative of Tartarus? It would of course be cool if it WAS in fact Tartarus.

It isn’t Tarty. The brute in the trailer had a red space mace. Tarts already had the Fist of Rukt (The massive grav hammer he uses in halo 2) by the time Halo Wars even happened. Also is it just me or do they look different?
