Listen 343, people are gonna hate on you just because you aren’t bungie, and yall have done amazing work, you have given people everything they ask for and yet they still complain, but it doesn’t matter, the sountrack so far is beautiful, i love the view and sure the graphics don’t look crazy but they look good and those aren’t gonna look like that at launch, it will be changed because yall made the trailer way before e3, keep it up 343, i believe in you…
I don’t really care about graphics all that much, I was more interested in the gameplay because that is what keeps games alive. This game is DOA if they don’t actually go back to the halo roots of no sprint. Game will decline within the first few months just like 4 and 5 and everyone that wanted sprint will have moved on to the COD or something else. How many failed titles do they need to release to figure this out?
I would love it if they took sprint out. They won’t get high sales figures initially though probably because of all the cracked out CoD kids thinking it’s too slow but the game will grow on them later. Just look at how the world works. Jumped the gun into space exploration and got ourselves “in a big damn hurry” in the 20th century according to the character Brooks from T̲h̲e̲ ̲S̲h̲a̲w̲s̲h̲a̲n̲k̲ ̲R̲e̲d̲e̲m̲p̲t̲i̲o̲n̲. Now our 21st century cell phone lifestyle makes the 20th century look like sloth culture and then BAM the whole world (except Brazil) gets shut down - reverted to lifeless lockdown.
My point is slow and steady wins the race. Bungie could have easily put sprint in Halo: CE but they didn’t. They didn’t even add sprint in the subsequent two sequels because Halo is a based game.
