Loving all the game modes youre adding in, about time! Still no infection though 
But even with all that good news i still cant play your game as i cant get my server. Not only are the matches unplayable but i cant keep quitting as ill get a ban.

It must be your ISP that have really bad routing.
Australian here. Similar issue. As the population is down globally, it is forcing us to play on American servers first and foremost, hence 220+ ping matches.
Which must be quite fun for the local US player base to be able to stat on us, but not so much for us.
Hopefully the first week or so when season 2 comes out, with new battle pass to grind, the player population will grow and this issue will occur less.
Would have been nice if some local search settings/ religion locks would have been added for season 2 but it’s still TBD at this point

Do we not already? It gets way harder to find a match after about 1am BST in the UK. If we were being matched on US servers where it’d be around 7pm I’d expect to find a match instantly.

Everyone is connecting to servers in the US. Having regional options would mean you could potentially play on a server where there are more players at a particular time. But more importantly is the desync where what you see might not be what others see and vice versa, leading to generally frustrating gameplay. For me it is most noticeable in BTB.

I’m UK playing controller on pc and ranked will just never find a game for me after like 1am. Even quickplay struggles sometimes. Whenever I find a game at those times it’s guaranteed to be 120ms ping minimum. I don’t think there’s any getting away from the fact the game is dying fast outside of NA.

Yeah I don’t think that’s true. Everything I’ve read suggests there’s dedicated EU servers in Ireland and Netherlands. If EU and US players were mixing I’d find it much easier to find a match late at night.
Yes, you are right. I looked deeper into the IPs I logged from that session and there is indeed more servers; US Washington, Chicago, Netherlands and India.
Infection won’t come until at least may 2023 and that’s if we are lucky otherwise it will be November 2023 or sometime in2024+

As a Australian I quit BTB matches when I’m placed in the 150ms servers, it’s beyond unplayable, I get placed in 9ms but I swear it’s a lie because I get random lag spikes
