great display of not breaking character

Call it a pointless thread but I felt the need to mention a gamer who despite ill advise tactics he never stopped using them. For 4 matches in a row during all fire fights this one brave Spartan kept crouch walking with a suppresser, and it never ended well for him. He and his team would rush up the hall way in Haven, Mr Crouch Walker in tow, low to the ground, firing his limited range weapon to no avail. On Complex where the DMR rules, the poor guy was still in the open taking shots to his head like a champ. Same thing on Solace, he did have some vindication because his go to move paid off some what on Abandon. Good for him though, he never quit during a match despite going up to -20 on a few of those matches.

I think I’ve played with that guy before!

I felt sorry for him so I played as he played.

Haha classic

I am more concerned to why you stayed in with such a terrible player.

He was on the opposing team, what should concern me is if “true skill” set me up against him what does this say about me? Lol, he was a guest on someone else’s account, which leads to another point, the players that play along with someone else never seem to do well in my experience.

Its been proven more than once when an angry player wants something to work they will do the same thing over and over till it does work

this is too funny

It would make more sense if the game had bloom. As he would be able to take out players at mid and long range with it.

Gotta love those diehard warriors dedicated to whatever it is they wanna do. True spartan badasses

With a surpresser though? That weapon is decent for close range ambushes, but the range is way to limited for him being a slow moving target, I think his whole point was trying to stay of the radar, unfortunately he failed to realize that once a fire fight begins and you are in the line of sight of the enemy the radar really doesn’t matter anymore.

It think he’s been playing too much Skyrim…

Perhaps he took an arrow to the knee, its the only explanation

“It would make more sense if the game had bloom. As he would be able to take out players at mid and long range with it”.

The point of the suppressor is not to cross-map people, and definitely not because bloom let the user do it.

Plus, bloom is a tedious, unnecessary mechanic that detracts from gunplay.

The auto weapons have it, though.

Problem is, the Suppressor is the worst weapon to burst-fire with.

No not really, the “bloom” expands too quickly and takes too long to recover to make any difference. Even if you burst fire, you’re only achieveing 100% accuracy with a single bullet. In the time it takes you to pace your shots the other player can hold down the trigger on their auto and fire out 10 random shots. So its a fight between 1 bullet of accuracy versus 10 random bullets that all have a 50% chance of hitting. So you might as well just spray and pray.

Be vewy, vewy quiet. He’s hunting wabbits.
