The soundtrack. Although i appreciate the new soundtrack and the effort that was put into it, i by far prefer the soundtrack from the orginal trilogy, it was really what made the halo experience for me. Please bring it back in Halo 5
Why wait until Halo 55 to bring back a more classic soundtrack? Why not Halo 5?

But we may have remastered songs from halo 1,2,3.
I do agree that the soundtrack in-game was not satisfactory however I don’t think it was because the music was poor -the music was actually quite good!- it’s just that it was so quiet during missions and sometimes disappeared completely. The soundtrack is very important it creates so much atmosphere and blasting through enemy lines in a tank just did not feel the same without a massive orchestral soundtrack egging you on.
I respectfully disagree. Although I was sad to see Marty go I think Neil Davidge has done an amazing job on the soundtrack for this game - I love it.

Nope. No one will ever live up to Marty. Marty was so original and blended so many genres of music. He was a musical genius.
While I love the new sound track. I can’t help but feel like they are using way to many other sources for inspiration. There are point through out the CD where I hear music from Star War, Lord of the Rings and even Metal Gear Solid. “117” really reminds me of Metal Gear.
I love the new soundtrack. It is instantly recognizable as Halo-esque w/o being a complete ripoff of O’Donnell’s work.
I agree that the orginal is clasic, its hard to beat it, but h4 still does a damn good job. The only main complaint i do have it , it just feels the sound volume for the music while playing campagin is to low. Half the time i cant hear it over the shooting ect.
I remember back in halo ce, having the music play at a good sound lvl u could hear it no matter what was going on, really got you pumped up. Its a shame that its so quite in h4, i hope they turn it up a notch in h5.
I miss the theme music, but Arrival is one of the best track’s I’ve had the fortune of hearing.
