Yes it’s true, however. Several possibilities emerge:
343 is hinting at new armor for Reach
343 is trolling community and placed the dolls to basically say, yeah we’re sorry we didn’t give you new armor, but here’s GRD for you enjoy!
343 employees and mods loves deformed Spartans dolls and goes to bed with them. The names of the dolls from the new maps are as followed:
