Could this (mystery weapon 3#) be the fabled Gravity Wrench?

It’s something this one guy came up with a long time ago. It’s become somewhat of a meme.
…why are you guys seriously taking the modern variant of “wrench” in the fashion you are? Come on now, we’ve all seen the gravity wrench from Pre-Xbox Halo videos on Youtube, surely you can say that the mystery weapon is reminiscent of the gravity wrench.
