Neither. They are both singular consciences that can inhabit multiple bodies. One could kill the other and then see the one they killed come back somewhere else. The advantage the Gravemind would have is the logic plague, but I don’t know if the Warden was made to resist that or not.
In a way you’re kind of asking if the Warden Eternal could defeat the entirety of the flood on his own.

Well, I mean Gravemind is the entire flood, but a singular conscious inhabiting a body himself.
Gravemind would probably win, considering the prehistoric war.

A gravemind could likely defeat almost any AI if given enough time. The higher forms of flood can easily manipulate and take advantage of AIs through rampancy and other means. Since the Warden Eternal is practically rampant already in his efforts to secure the mantle, it would be child’s play for a gravemind to push those buttons even further.
Just on a purely cosmetic badass comparison, I say Gravemind. Its ten million times cooler than the recycled aluminum can that is Warden Eternal.
LMAO. I was just fighting the warden in campaign with IWHBYD skull, I killed one of his minions and he said “Okay, That is not cool” The guy has a sense of humor so i’ma stay with him.
