I collected all the 13 skulls in the campaign but the achievement Gravelord is not given. All the skulls are registered as well. Please can anyone help me.
Best thing you can do is collect some of the skulls again. Be sure to perform a hard reset on your Xbox first, then play any of the missions on Easy difficulty (on Osiris and Reunion the skull is right at the beginning).
