I had a problem that the gravelord achievement didn’t unlock. Have you or had you the same problem with unlocking the gravelord achievement.
Solution: I took the skulls in order first the skull in mission 1 then mission 2 and so on. When I took the skull in mission 15 (guardians) I didn’t get the achievement but I got it after I took the skull in the first mission again.
I myself am having problems getting ANY achievements. I seem to be the only one with this problem. Heck, even the easy ones like changing your emblem, armor, etc. done that several times, still no achievement unlocks.
I got all of them in order and no achievement, I’m going to try getting the first one and see if that does it.
UPDATE: my achievement shows only 30% completion, so this is so messed up that I have to go back and check each skull, cause it show that I already have all of them.
According to Xbox Status earlier, achievements were not unlocking for some users… I am one of them. Unfortunately, during this period, I picked up my last skull and my last piece of intel. My skull shows 92% but I have all of them
I just found the last skull I needed and didn’t get the achievement. Weird thing is; if I go to achievements and find the Gravelord achievement, it says locked BUT also says 100%. Strange. I will try going back for first skull though and update if it works.
EDIT: I claimed the first skull, ( on Osiris) and the achievement unlocked for me. Coincidence that this is the first ever skull I found? Hope you guys have it as easy as I have!

The best advice I can give you is to redo the skulls until you will get the achievement. That is the way I got the achievement.
Just completed legendary solo and got no achievements. From what I can gather the xbox live service issue on microspfts end is affecting everyone in some form. I just hope we get recognition for things we’ve already completed
I’m not feeling up to re-running a campain if I get nothing but to view the credits again.
