I just redeemed a Grassroots code on the Xbox store on Xbox One. I recieved a Halo 5 weapon skin but did not recieve the MCC Nameplate. I hope i can have some help with this situation. Pretty bummed I don’t have the Nameplate that should’ve came with it. Please help.
Has anybody had this issue? Still no Nameplate…

If you received a code for the REQ pack, then the nameplate should automatically have been granted to you and be available within MCC, you can try restarting your game/PC or hard reset your Xbox. if you still don’t see it, it’s worth waiting a few extra days as these are usually manually granted. After that you could file a support ticket on the Halo Support site

Yea its been more than 24 hours since redeemed. I’ve tried hard resetting multiple times. Nothing seems to work.
I should have added that the MCC nameplate is separate from the Halo 5 REQ code you redeemed, the 2 aren’t related. If you don’t have it in a few days, file a ticket with the details
