I won a grassroots nameplate in a drawing and I didnt get it 
cant find anywhere to go to get help, pls advise
If you just got it it might take 2-3 weeks.
two weeks ago tomorrow when I won it
Iād give it another week, then contact a mod on these forums and Iām sure they could get you to the right people to resolve the issue.
