So with the new grappling hook mechanic, that will mean I won’t have to betray my team mates for the sniper rifle! I am worried about one thing though. In the trailer today, they showed a spartan grappling onto a wasp and skyjacking it. Will that mean hijacking will be more easy? will that mean 20 spartans or more will be grappling onto my banshee to hijack?
Yes, that’s exactly what that means.
Remember, the grappling hook will function like equipment from Halo 3 in Infinite’s multiplayer. It’s only going to be a one or two time use kind of thing.
It will be a pickup equipment like H3, so if you have it, then it will be easier.

you saved me lots of worrying!

I actually think it means the exact opposite. Knowing someone has a hook would make you not fly close to the ground like a idiot. So I feel only dumb people will be skyjacked. I never understood how people got skyjavk…why are people trying to run people over either a plane…that has a freaking rod launcher on it.

Right, people will fly much more cautiously… because it’s easier to get skyjacked.

Has that been confirmed? I was under the impression that you would have to fight for it but once you have it you have it until you die.

No, in retrospect I suppose it hasn’t. They’ll hopefully talk about that in the multiplayer thing later.
I would guess since it’s a pick up it would be no different then having power drain on maps with vehicles in halo 3
