I’m curious, have there been any graphical changes to the xbox360 Halo universe; with the exception of numbers one and two being remastered. Like shader or FXAA injectors? Is that even possible and could we see that happening in the future? Much like you can tweak games with ENB on pc, could that theoretically be done for the xbone?

CE classic and H2 classic were bumped to 1080p / 60 FPS. Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST were bumped to 1080p / 60 FPS and they made some changes to lighting and possibly shaders, but it’s nothing drastic. They’re saving an overhaul of Halo 3 (I imagine) for an Anniversary edition in 2017. Halo 4 was also bumped to 1080p / 60 FPS but I don’t think they made any other changes.
I wouldn’t expect any significant additional graphics / engine tweaks to the games in MCC besides optimization. They are pretty great right now and obviously the standalone games outside of MCC on X360 won’t be touched.
This is why, while I’m excited for Halo: Reach to be made backwards compatible, I don’t think I’ll be able to play the MP that much and I doubt the MP will be particularly popular. Going back to 30 FPS will be really difficult after hundreds of games of MCC at 60 FPS. Resolution downgrade will be noticeable as well but not as big a deal.
EDIT: This should be in the MCC forums…
