hi! started today to try the beta! i think there is some issue with graphic settings the game look better on low setting, on high,it look terrible!
now i tested on rx 570 4gb, but today will arrive mynew gpu (a 3060ti) so i will see if something change!
It might be there isn’t enough VRAM so it’s having a hard time keeping up with higher resolution textures. Hopefully your new GPU will fix this!

You could also try updating or reinstalling your GPU drivers, this might help but like liro said, it could just be hadware/VRAM limitations. Hope it gets worked out! 
Try to scale down the resolution to 90%, put the Texture Quality to Low and Texture Filtering and Antialiasing to High. At the bottom of the graphics options, go to Sharpening and set it to 70%.
so i tried with the new gpu, and game look amazing now i’m at ultra setting with 120-130fps and i figure the problem was becouse i had to restart the game every time i change the graphic setting!
