Appears that the performance issues may be derived from the engine not being able to leverage all available resources.
8700k and 6900xt
Every setting cranked to the maximum @1440p 144hz and it seems to idle around 50-70fps while cpu is mid 40%'s and gpu is mid 70%'s
also appears that changing resolutions doesn’t increase or decrease FPS or utilization. However definitely and impact to visuals doing so.
