I notice this has happened to a lot of people lately but I got temporarily banned from gaining xp but I was idol due to the fact I had a family event that I went to which was I went to see me cousin who JUST had a kid and thought I would be back home in time to play some halo but I forgot to leave the game I was in so when I came back I saw the message and was like WTF I didn’t do anything wrong maybe it was the fact me and a couple friends were exploiting a wall glitch in complex that we thought was fun yet cheap so we didn’t use it that often but if that’s what got me banned than someone needs to fix that glitch before 343 gets some pissed off customers.
P.S. If I could get some help as to how i could get the ban removed in ANY way that would be greatly appreciated
Really, though. You’re acknowledging the fact that you knowingly exploited a glitch. If you know what you’re doing is breaking game mechanics, then you shouldn’t do it. Your fault.
Alright on YES I was in a hurry, it happens, don’t criticize, and for the record if you noticed 343 shut down few time to fix something but yet they never fixed the wall glitch in complex so its not my fault. I forgot to mention that me and my friends noticed one guy jumping and getting in the wall so we tried for a bit but got bored of it because it was CHEAP so we used it only if we wanted to screw around for a couple minutes and got out again. and my friend was using it a bit more than me he’s not banned but the main reason I got banned is because i was idol for almost 3 games so you be the judge
How about instead of banning they just automatically remove us from the game? We all win, but nah let’s just experience ban everyone that leaves their controller.
Halo 4 servers aren’t run like the counterpart PC servers, they don’t have idlecheck systems like BF3, TF2 and so on that check player activity and kick them from the game after a set amount of time.
So to keep people from ‘earning’ experiencing for not playing is very fair. People would go into Firefight in Reach, get 5 kills and literally just hide in a corner the rest of the game and not play just to make their teammates do all the work for them to get them experienced.
Those people got rank/credit reset most of the time.
ahh kk, so i must play halo: reach on mp before i play Halo 4 to earn this kind of BAN informations? that person

aber fürs sinn frei bannen von leuten spart ihr ja an Server Leistungen und somit sind die Überlastungen ja auch gelöst, was für grandiose Fachleute ihr habt…

You were gaining experience for being deadweight to your team.
This is frustrating for those trying to play game, they are now 1 person down, and have an extra body that the other team can get kills off of.
If you have to leave. Click “Start” and then “Quit Game”
You will not be banned from quitting a game. Only if you do it frequently in a short range of time.
You boosted. You deserve the ban. Now you learned and hopefully your friends learn.
Then there isn’t anything else too it, wait for it to wear off and you can keep playing. The game can’t tell the difference between the two so it judges all the same.
one quick question than considering this is my first offence am i looking at about 24 Hour long ban im just curious is all just so i get rough estimate on the ETA
So you leave your xbox/tv on when you leave the house? I could find out my mom died and I would need to leave for that and I would STILL turn off my electronics. WTH is wrong with you? Sounds like a big excuse to me.
