I have the season pass and all I ever see is vanilla… Why?
Everyone else in the lobby needs to have the maps, and considering Halo 4’s population is pretty low right now, it won’t be common.
I know that everyone has to have them, but I mean come on people buy the maps they are awesome. There is actually not one DLC map I don’t like.

Because Halo’s DLC sucks.
Maps, just maps bro?
No, I want some nice. Juicy, content. And maps, are no such thing. Hell, Halo Reach is the only one with DLC I actively consider because it adds a Firefight map.
They add nothing for campaign, or co-operative modes. And don’t you dare mention Spartan Ops, because I don’t own that. All it does it take up space on my hard drive and, mind you, I cannot even play it offline. I can’t even play it if i’m connected online if I have splitscreen with someone playing an account who doesn’t have Live.
Even Gears 3 added a weapon. (Sorta, they just gave a sawed-off the retro blade.) But added new characters and new mechanics to a short campaign where you got to be a Locust badass.

You’re right. For now I’m only eating free DLC until I see something that impresses me.
You need to either go in the DLC playlists or play a playlist where the maps will come up (Big Team is good for Crimson DLC). You just need to hope that the system matches you up with other players with the map packs.
Have you even downloaded the map packs? If you just have the Season Pass then you definitely won’t find any games on the new maps.
