I got the email on the 20th telling me I was confirmed for this flight and still have no received a code at all. I opened a ticket hours ago and still have no response.

i also got the confirmation email and have also received no code at all.
I have got the email and even a link but when I click on the link the page is nothing but an error
I have also got the email and a link but that link also gives me a “can’t access” error. Also no key code. Very strange. I received the email just yesterday, and there was an email before that not too long ago confirming my selection for the flight.
Same here, clicking on “HEAD TO HALO WAYPOINT” gives me access denied. And no message in inbox.

I also got the confirmation email saying check waypoint messages, each time I check it’s for xbox not PC even though I opted for PC Flight for infinite
CHECK YOUR NOTIFICATIONS ON HALO WAYPOINT. I had the same issue and found my code in the notifications section
