My father and i both play halo and we both recently changed our emails due to not knowing the emails anymore. we did this about 3 months ago so it should have sent it to the updated emails but it didnt. however i remembered the password for my dads old email that was registered with his account and it sent it to him there but not our new emails. i cannot ever get back on my old email hence why i changed it to something new and now i’m code less. if anyone can help me out it would be appreciated.

That’s odd that it sent it to the old account and not the new one. My account’s address updated instantly back when I changed it a bit ago, and it was sent to my new one!
Just be patient! They said it might take some time for codes to be released!
