Signed on today and see that I’m back a level 1 and lost everything , packs won’t load and I played a game and got NOTHING from it can’t even level up no medals nothing … Keeps loading to no end when trying to look at my PACs so sum sing all of those are fine as well including my points saved up … Wtf help plz
This account which you’ve posted on has no history in Halo games (or any game for that matter), so it appears to be an alternate account, which is against forum rules. Generally, when people see their progress apparently gone on console, it suggests a profile sync error, because profiles are stored on Halo 5’s servers. A hard reset/power cycle of the console usually fixes the issue. It is possible to manually delete your profile from both your console and Halo 5 servers, but this requires knowledgeable navigation and confirmation, so it’s unlikely that happened.
Check your progress on Waypoint to confirm it’s still there (on your main account).
