Hi all… So I just started posting in halo 5. Been spending most of my time on mcc forums last 10 months. Anyways, I’m not bragging because I know I’m not THAT good… I am a good player and was hoping to make diamond or onyx when I first read about the rank system.
Well, I played 10 placement games with my friend in team breakout. We won 9 of 10 games. I didn’t feel that I played a whole lot better than he did. He got diamond 1 I got Champion #18. How does that work? Then I would go down to champion #22 after winning a game… So basically I have to keep playing and winning to keep csr value high enough to stay on top 200?
First of all, I should never be in top 200. I don’t play enough. I’m an old halo 3 pro and sucked at halo 4 lol. Second, has anyone been placed in bronze yet? I am tempted to play arena or something and go 1-16 every game and lose a lot to see where I am placed. However this would be fair to do to my random teammates and violates ban hammer rules of deleveling on purpose.
Hopefully 343 fixes the system to more closely be aligned with league of legends where most people are gold and lower. Placing in high divisions and being unable to drop lower than your division will make it harder on everyone. Have placements max out at platinum and then make people grind up to onyx and beyond?
