Ya sadly I’m guessing from these you can get anything just not the certification. I got the top tier fuel rod gun and got kinda excited but then was like oh no certification…

Legendary is not guaranteed, just got rare from mine. It’s a silver pack, 2 unlocks at the usual silver level.

Its not very good. The Whiplash is far better.

Then you couldn’t even get a Legendary. Silver only goes up to Rare.

Na isn’t true as far i know. But its way more harder to get as with an Gold Pack. Like Bronze where you have to be lucky as well to get an permanent…
