Got my credits taken away

Played one last game of SWAT last night, and managed to get the jackpot. I went from overall 650,000 cR to 680,000 (approximately) and I also ranked up from General Grade 4 to Field Marshall. Went back into the lobby and stayed there while doing stuff on my computer before turning my xbox off for the night. Get on this morning and my cR are back to 650,000 and my rank is back at General Grade 4. It’s like that game never happened, what gives? Can 343i look into this?

EDIT: I just got the jackpot on my second game of SWAT again, so it doesn’t really matter. Just some glitch or something

I had this happen to me as well, going between the same two ranks as you.

I think It might just be a glitch in the system. I just played a few more games and leveled up the normal way.

Yeah, it’s not a huge deal, just kinda disappointing that I got a jackpot taken away from me.
