I noticed someone else had this problem on forum but the post was locked after he notified everyone he received an update, I however did not get a update yet and it has been a few hours? Anybody know a solution to this problem? I have the system requirements for the Insider app and my windows is up to date.
You need to go through the Xbox Insider app, that should give you access to the MCC Insider app. Install MCC Insider then close it and update it. It should then start installing the flight build. Hope that helps.

You cannot do that if you are on Windows 7!

Eh thank you everyone else I managed to get it to work , I did go through the xbox insider app initially and for some odd reason It was not showing the update I then restarted my computer signed out in store and then signed back in and then the update appear thank you all for help cheers: )
