So I got invited to play this tech test a few days ago. I also had been invited to and been able to play the last tech test in July and was super excited to play this weekend when I got the invite. However, I have waited for three days now and have not gotten a steam key since that was my preferred platform of play. I haven’t gotten any waypoint notifications and a key doesn’t show up on the bottom of the Insider browser where a lot of people say they found their keys.
My brother had this issue last time and put a ticket in and they sent him his key personally and he was able to get in with me. I put a ticket in yesterday saying I had the issue and basically instantly got an email saying that they cant help me… even though they helped my brother.
So yeah, I’m upset and just putting this out there in case someone who can help actually sees this. Even though I’ll only have a day to play if it works.

I have the same issue, I got the “welcome to halo infinite” invite email wit no steam key on ‘my flights’ page. I submitted a ticket for help and they said the cannot give new invites and modify existing invitations. Meanwhile I recieved NO invitations, I really looked forward to playing this weekend. Sad really.

I feel you. Im just irritated nobodys taken the time to even try to help, its just automated bs.
