Got HCS contender packs but still missing a skin

The title says it all, bought the 3 packs and I am still missing the red hcs contender skin for the AR. Anyone have similar issues?

They released 7 skins and each pack came with two.

You need to spend $10 on a 4th pack to get the final Skin.

Yes, if you buy 4 packs I think you’re guaranteed the armor from the December HCS req pack but the emblem seems to be glitched at the moment.
