Got banned, didn't get a reason.

Got banned for no apparent reason…
So I was playing halo with a mate and suddenly we got banned, we weren’t on the chat at all so it’s not because of bad language, we weren’t intentionally loosing games and betraying teammates. We were on the other hand experiencing some connection issues for a few games which booted us. But according to the official ban FAQ that’s not supposed to ban you.
We were only playing swat and was probably closing in on the 30-40th game played and we ranked up from Gold rank 3-4 to Platinum 1, which means we weren’t loosing to many games either.
I just cant see why we got banned and it pisses me off that I’m not given a reason for the ban.
Can someone please tell me what’s going on?

Played exactly 40 games today, had 2 disconnection, 17 losses and 21 wins…

I’m guessing it has to do with the connection issue games. Where is the official ban FAQ? I can find one for the beta, but not for the final build. How long was your ban?

I read something earlier that the Bansystem doesn’t ban because of bad connection, can’t seem to find that FAQ again tho… Might have been for an older Halo game.
Still you’d think that would still be the case.
