Got banned because I want to play this game lol

okay, so in old halo 3 days the system took one of my EXP when I lost the connection to the game. That was annoying, but ok, I’ll just have to play one game an I’ll have it back. This prevented people from quitting really effectively!
Today My provider seemed to have some problems with the internet, so I lost connection the last three games. Now I am banned for 5 hours WTF??? I wanted to firefight the whole day lol.
why 5 hours 343? That’s so f****** retarded! 30 min would be enoigh! I really enjoy the firefight mode, but you force me to play another game lol. I’ll probably leave Halo5 in the cupboard for a long time now. This is disgusting!

There is a ban FAQ. Pinned to the top of the support section. Also use of the r word results in a ban. Happened to me. You can remove it.

Somehow, it told me I am banned for 5 hours and now I restarted everything an the ban is gone. 343-logic…
