Got an invite to the Microsoft Store?

I got a message on Waypoint saying “You have been selected to participate in the latest Halo Insider flight on PC through the Microsoft Store!”

Anybody else get this? I can’t actually download it on PC, just stuck with the Xbox version even though I opted-in for both.

looks like everything broke. this is from the halo 2 flight.

Yep I got it too. My initial invite gave me instructions on how to download on xbox one as well, spent a few hours getting into the insider app, finaly downloaded the game, and when I boot it up, the main menu tells me I don’t have access to the beta… Glad this is being sorted now and not on launch I guess, but jeez what a mess haha. Whether it’s on pc or xbox I don’t care at this point, I just want to try the game =’(

Does it say under My Flights “July Tech Preview” and if it does what “Type” is the July Tech Preview?

Who Tell Me how to get the PC version？ I already have the Xbox version。

I’ve got the same issue, no Steam key, having the preview set through the Microsoft Store. What’s even worse is the type says ‘web’ and any and all links either take me to dead pages or the page you get if you weren’t chosen. There isn’t anything to download so I’m stuck with invites I can’t even use.

Same issue here. Hope there is a fix before the flight ends

I literally just got my Steam key. Like 8 minutes ago. I guess it just took a while to get all of them out

I got the same thing, but I didn’t get an email, it was a notification in my waypoint page. Im trying the xbox version and its downloading, but I have feeling ill get an error message saying I wasn’t invited when it boots up. I signed up for both xbox and PC. Also got the same PC download message. Hopefully Im just one of the late ones, or else I’ll just have to hope I get in next time. Just watching youtubers play it now

UPDATE: It’s working for me! only xbox but I WILL TAKE IT!!! I’m sorry to be insensitive to this who still didn’t get in.

But here’s what happened:
I check my email and refreshed like a madman and still nothing. (I don’t have “focused emails” turned on and I checked spam folder)
I downloaded the insider hub yesterday and tried to download the flight before I got “invited” to no avail.
Next day, today, I log on here to see what the community is saying.
I notice I have 2 notifications.
One says I’ve been selected to participate!! WHAT!?!?!
Other one is the PC Halo 2 flight that you are all seeing.
Still no email, not even in junk.
I try the insider app again - and it worked!
Im currently looking at the main menu of the flight.

Having this issue as well… no steamkey to be found anywhere.
