I beat Halo 4 on Legendary solo (by myself) and got all the achievements out of it. But I noticed that there was a challenge called “Turn it Off” which is beat mission 6 ShutDown solo on Legendary and the challenge didn’t register but the 5 achievements did.
Any ideas what to do? Microsoft is aware of my situation.
It looks like you beat Mission 6 (Shutdown) on 12/8 before the weekly challenge “Turn it off!” went active on 12/9 around 1:00AM PST. You’ve got to beat the level while the challenge is active.
The good news, looking at your service record you have 2 total campaign challenges completed. You got the one for beating Mission 5 (Reclaimer) from last week and the Mission 1 (Dawn) challenge during launch week.
I started clearing the missions on legendary week 3 matching pace with the new challenges. Two more weeks and I should be done.
