I just got a perfection, my first one in this game finally, and it did not count it. I was playing Infinity Slayer on Adrift and went 23 and 0 and did not receive my Perfection medal. What is up with that Infinity Ward? Please fix this and give me credit for my Perfection as I worked hard not to die in order to get it.
There are no perfection medals. It goes straight to a commendation. Check your commendation to see if it was credited.

Youre not alone. Ive gotten several perfections in this game. But it doesnt count it, OR does it say “PERFECTION”
Just goes to show how incomplete this trash game is and how bad 343 is. All the people supporting them… Please just stop -.-
And also… Wtf happened to the FINAL STRIKE medal or LAST STRIKE they added. IT was in for like 2 days.

Press the ‘Menu’ button under your post. There, a menu (of course) pops up, showing different actions. Click ‘Edit’ to edit your post. You can choose to have this menu opened at all times, if you wish. Just go to your profile by clicking ‘My Profile’ at the top, then find ‘Topic and Post Display’ and at the bottom, checking “Always show menu below post” and clicking Save.

Ok, thanks…This was my first time posting to this site so I am not familiar with all the settings and stuff.
I have the same problem with scorpion desroyer, I have killed at least five scorpions which never counted for my commendation (I even double checked and each time it said I got the medal for vehicle desroyed but still gave me no commendation)

I got it. He’s making at jab that 343i is like Infinity Ward because of all the terrible COD like changes to the game lol

You have two perfections in total.
The requirement to rank up the first rank is one single perfection. So, when you finally get a perfection it doesn’t really notice as it levels up and resets the counter.
The requirements are 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 perfections. You now have 1 out of 2 perfections.
If you got another then the first one did count, and if you had one from before, you did get the current one.
i343 is not going to give anyone credits for any commendation that haven’t been counted, if so would be the case. You’d need proof for it, and they would have to spend resources to have people go through all the proof.
If one person wants it and get it, everyone wants it. Not realistic.
Infinity Ward why ruin the perfections!
I had a similar problem, had a perfection on a Capture the Flag and it didn’t count. My first one on a Slayer game did…or was that a Regenicide game? Either way, I had 1 not count as well.

You can only get Perfections in Slayer.

Which blows since Capture the Flag wasn’t broken up into rounds (it was 2 flag). Had the same issue in H3 and Reach. That really should be changed even though it would promote massive camping.

The funny thing is, in the Reach beta you could get Perfections in Objective gametypes, but it was changed for the final game. I don’t recall Bungie ever commenting on it, but I guess it was so people didn’t camp and actually play the Objective.

I was hoping that it was clever commentary on how 343 CoDed up Halo in a vain attempt to bring in a larger group of players. Alas, it was simply the OP’s fingers getting ahead of his brain.
