Got a bug on the Battlepass. Armor did not unlock.

So I finished the Battlepass, got to rank 30. MANY of the pieces of armor that I unlocked are locked in the Armor Hall. For example, I can’t use 3 of the 5 chest plates. They are apparently locked even though I finished the Battlepass completely. I thought it was a general bug but I’ve seen players wearing these pieces of armor in matchmaking.

Has anyone encountered this? If so, is there any way to fix it? Also, is there a place where I should submit this as a bug?

Edit: I think it’s important to say this is not the bug where you can’t temporarily equip things. My pieces of armor appear as locked, as in, they have a padlock icon.

I’m pretty sure this is the case with everyone who previously played the first flight. I think they added more stuff to unlock in the earlier levels but if you were already past that point, it doesn’t actually unlock. I was level 15 when I started this flight and every additional unlock they added since (i can think of a wrist piece and utility piece) are locked on me despite being past the level requirement.
