Got a Ban for quitting out of bot matches

So I quit out of bot matches, to help a friend with a challenge, and I get a ban, then the ban lifts, and I get kicked even before the game starts big team battle saying server issues and I get another ban, I literally just popped a double xp and I have to wait 15 mins cause the server acted up

Ya 1 bot matches shouldn’t count towards any level of a ban they are bot matches
2 if the server kicks you it shouldn’t count towards a ban

Are you guys going to refund my xp boost, doubt it

Here’s the kicker a friend who I’m helping with his challenges doesn’t have a ban even though we got disconnected the same amount of times, and quit out to find his challenge match type
This has got to be an early April fools joke or something
