Today I finally got a match where I was 15+ kills with no deaths, and yet I was not awarded a perfection medal. The game was Infinity slayer in Halo 4 mode in MCC. I managed 19 kills with no deaths and I was eagerly awaiting my perfection medal at the end of the match, yet nothing came up. I checked my over all medals in my career stats and still there was not medal for a perfection. This was the first match in MCC I managed to go 15+ with no deaths and was hoping I would finally be able to add such a prize to my collection. I do not understand why this occurred. I met the requirements for it and yet I did not receive my reward.
