Hey everyone, sorry if this is not the proper place but I cannot use the forums in Google Chrome. I have tried to sign out and back into my Windows Live ID and the problem is still there.

When I first installed Google Chrome and visited the forums, everything was fine but now I get an error message.

I am using Internet Explorer right now but I would prefer to use Chrome due to security and performance. Also, I cannot view certain images such as logos and background images through IE.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1.) Log out every time you leave 2.) Clear you Cache/Cookies and 3.) Try signing into xbox.com first then come here. These probelms should be resolved soon, new forums inbound. :slight_smile:

I am currently using Chrome myself.

Clear cookies and cache. Try signing into Xbox.com first.

IE9 is better for this site.

Ctrl + Shift + Delete ------- then delete your cookies, and reload the page.

forums are still in beta. hopefully this gets fixed soon. also, its not just Chrome that does this.

Thank you all very much. I am posting this update through Chrome and it is obviously working. Something so simple yet something I didn’t think of before.

Another tip:

I had to use an outside cache cleaning program, Chrome’s wasn’t cutting it.

After I did that and disabled “Remember Me”, all I have to do is sign in for every session.

No problem. It is something you may have to do repeatedly until the new forums are up and running.
