COD is mainstream, most people who play it call themselves gamers when they are far from it.

it just took Bungie or anyone from the Microsoft brand pretty long to release anything sequel from the original Halo storyline. I mean wtf was ODST anyhow? I played 4 hours and quit until Reach was release. Played that for a month or two then CoD title came out and I sold my xbox and hope onto PS3 to play CoD. But came back to Halo 4 when I heard it was the return of MasterChief himself. so yea thats my story =)

If people seriousily liked Halo 4, and if Halo is not dead, I seriousily doubt CoD would ever steal 80% of it’s War Games Matchmaking population, no matter how “mainstream” it is.

I know many people who use to play Halo 3 and sucked at it, the only reason they played it was because it was ‘The game’ to play on live, when COD 4 came along they all moved over to it.

Yes I do. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have made this thread.
The population usually peaks at just after 5 o’clock, lasting until 7.
It will then begin to die out for the day, though it tends to give a small bump at around 9.
Lol it has a moderate-ish population for only 2 hours. LMAO!!!
