I think that since theres not gonna be dinos in multiplayer that 343 should rethink about that and put them in the multiplayer the backstory would be that the covenant hacked into the infinity training program to see how the spartans fight and move giving the covies an advantage in real combat.

Nope, they could add elites just to give the spartans training, they’ll be fighting elites and not spartans anyhow, hence an elite combat simulator would make more sense. That said, I can’t really see the need for elites…
In Halo 3 they were just ugly spartan copies used to to their unique anatomy that gave cheap players cheap advantages, in Reach they mattered, but instead were very hard to balance. Keeping them out makes balancing easier, and hence increases the chances for a good online experience.
The only thing I would miss would be invasion, and it could easily be done spartans VS spartans anyhow.

Train as you fight, fight as you train… SII’s I would understand fighting other Spartans but SIV… Their are Aliens about so train/simulate fighting then would sound reasonable…
