So already they changed the XP system by making you gain 50 XP for every game you play.
Love this but it can be improved upon.
Calculated it will take 20 casual matches (meaning where you aren’t grinding for challenges) to tier up once.
For starters afew more daily challenges would be good, say kill 5 spartans and you get 100 XP, something like that. Just something that pushes you to play the game and not force you to play a certain way.
I also think more XP gain for BTB and large area gamemodes in general should be added. These take more time then a normal quick play match so I think the XP given should say the same.
I would like to think that the changes made to the challenge system are just a stand in for a complete XP overhaul of the game which I hope it is. But I’m not too in the loop with what 343 says and just enjoy their games so if they have said they are thinking of changing it later down the line then please tell me.
But all I’m saying is the process for gaining tiers should be sped up alittle bit in my opinion and aimed towards rewarding the player for how they play and not making them feel like everytime they do a challenge it’s like a 9 to 5 (Not all challenges are like this which I’m glad about).
It’s slow. Albeit I’m used to burning threw a Battle Pass at break neck speeds so I’m obviouksy going to be abit impatient and bias towards an increase in level XP and progression but it doesn’t invalidates my point. I’ve just come off of Destiny and while that can be quite fast it’s also very fun to play because of one thing that Halo could do also
