In a tweet I posted yesterday, I said that I’d had a great day, but also a great year celebrating Halo 4. I also used the well known quote “I think we’re just getting started.”

BS Angel replied to that tweet with the following:

I’m not too optimistic about that possibility personally. I was hoping they would announce season two of Spartan ops yesterday.

Could just be referring to Halo Xbox One. 343i is so vague and cryptic, it could mean anything.

I concur. If that were the “good stuff”, that would pretty much make my day. However, I’m looking forward to the “good stuff”. Hopefully its another DLC map featuring 2 maps from prev. titles

In mentioning the franchise, I assume she means everything from Spartan Assault for the Xbox 360/One to new toys, books, comics and any manner of other stuff.

Personally I’m still waiting for the release of the SpOps maps into WarGames/Forge. (Requiem Map Pack?)

For a Spartan Ops Season 2 announcement, I’m waiting all the way until 343i shows their first gameplay of Halo 5. Assuming they do what they did with Halo 4, our first glimpse of Halo 5 gameplay will be March. I will wait until then for a Season 2 announcement. Why? Season 1 took a lot of work and time. I’m sure Season 2 will take just as long if not longer. I’m giving them time. If they don’t announce Season 2 by March, I’ll lose hope in the super awesomeness that would’ve been Spartan Ops Season 2. I’m keeping my hopes up, but they’re slowing going down…
